We have stayed here for 1 night and had a such great experience. The stuff team was amiable and helpful. Room was clean with TV set and a writing desk.

Conveniently located close to the airport and city center, you'll find yourself right in the hustle and bustle of the area. the friendly staff is always there to help you out. 😊

Stayed in this property for 5 nights and really enjoyed our choice. We had a great stay thanks to hotel's helpful staff. The setting was particularly good, not far from the city center and chapultepec. It also was in the middle of jackson.

It was a really great stay. I did not want to leave and would definitely return here. 3. Stayed in a superior twin room which was perfect for me. 4. Had a shower, free toiletries, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Great location and super friendly staff who are always willing to lend a hand. It's just an 18-minute drive to the airport, so super convenient. Situated right in the heart of the city. the rooms are spacious 🌟.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult for me to work efficiently. the noise from the neighboring industrial area was disruptive, especially during the early morning hours.

The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the rooms spotless, changing the sheets, cleaning the shower, and providing fresh towels every day. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. It was a nice touch to have a small restaurant on-site where I could start my day with a delicious breakfast.

All in all, my experience was great and there is nothing that I believe needs improvement.

The hotel was located in a great spot, with a short walk to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast spread was impressive and filling, and the on-site gym was a great way to start the day.

The noise level from the nearby street, which could be disruptive at night. While the hotel provided earplugs, it was still challenging to sleep for some people, so prepare accordingly.

Secondly, the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff came in every day, changed the sheets, cleaned the shower, and provided fresh towels. It really made a difference to come back to a tidy and fresh room after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the location was great. Although not close to the city center, it offered a fantastic city view. Plus, it was easy to get around with plenty of transportation options nearby. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The hotel location provides easy access to the city center and the airport. the buses stop right outside the hotel and there are taxis available 24/7. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with large showers. the staff were friendly and helpful, with a complimentary breakfast and evening reception.

There was some noise from the street with a loose sewer mantle, but the staff were prompt in changing the room.

Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast each morning, which was a great perk and saved me money. my stay at this hotel was excellent!
